The aim of the organisation is to increase access to sports and leisure opportunities for the people of Dalry and the surrounding areas, and to encourage a more positive and healthy lifestyle for people of all ages

What`s On
  • Ladies Netball

    Ladies Netball runs in Dalry Primary School on Wednesday Nights from 7.30 to 9.00pm .  The cost is £2 per session.  All ages welcome starting from 16 years and up.  We are non competitive although rules apply.  It’s a great way to keep fit and socialise.  We usually have 2 teams on the night sometimes 3.  If you played at school and enjoyed it why not come along and give it a go.  Don’t worry if you don’t know the rules or how to play all will be explained!


  • Walking Group

    This is an adult group and new members are invited to come along and give it a try.  We ask for a £1 donation for the Thursday walks.  This money helps with the running costs of the Community Sports Club. We meet at Dalry Primary School on Thursdays at 6.30pm.


  • Table Tennis

    The club is on every Thursday at Dalry Primary School from 7pm - 9pm and costs £2 for admission. We hope to encourage people of all abilities, whither you just want to drop in, or use the help of our experienced coaches to further your ability.


  • Football

    Dalry Rover`s have approximately 100 boys and girls playing at different age groups, including, Under 9`s, 10`s, 11`s, 13`s and 17`s. We have qualified coaches at the various age groups. The club has recently recieved the Scottish FA Quality Mark which is an initiative that supports grassroots club development. Clubs recieving this must meet certain criteria in relation to management, administration, player and coach development, planning and welfare.


  • Karate

    Classes are available at Dalry Primary School on Tuesday`s and Thursday`s from 7pm to 8.30pm and costs £1. We have approximately 30 adults / children and would welcome new members, from beginners to experienced. We have a number of black belts within the club and have experienced Instructors to suit your ability.


  • Jogging Group

    The group meets every Saturday morning at 10am at Dalry Primary School. We currently have approximately 14 members of various abilities. We have 4 qualified coaches, who taylor our runs to suit the various abilities. Donations of £1 are accepted towards the running costs of the Dalry Community Sports Club.


  • Self Defence

    This initiative is run at various dates throughout the year by our Karate Instructor at Dalry Primary School. For further information contact Hugh on 01294 832611.
